Internal Gutter

The internal gutter is between two units and has been constructed from timber with a plybase and appears to have a galvanised metal liner. There is extensive rust to the liner which is losing its integrity and needs to be replaced. The gutter system is not working efficiently due to a build up if debris and needs to be cleaned out. Further investigation and remedial works are required. I need and idea of the estimated cost for a solid, long term fix as well as how much time it typically takes to do such a job. Thanks.
