Weather Proof / Repair Back Porch and Fit Downpipe

Job 1. The rear porch has a flat roof which does not drain well - water gets under the existing galvanized and the timber is rotting - I need that repaired. See photos 1 - 3 attached. Job 2. I want a downpipe fitted to the existing spouting and in the vicinity of the porch roof repair to improve the spouting drainage - the current spouting is too long for the one existing downpipe. The attached photo no 4 indicates the approximate site for the downpipe so that it can be connected to an existing drain that is between the base of the porch and the rubbish bin.
