When it rain, water gushed out of the rainwater head from the top of the house directly to the outdoor unit of our heat pump directly below it. (See picture) The noise is very loud and I'm worried in time it will break the outdoor unit. Is there any way to fix this? I have a feeling it may not be properly installed or it may be blocked or may have some other issues because our other rainwater head is not doing this, but I can't see closer to inspect it because it's too high and my ladder is not long enough to reach it. Can someone help?

Nick is very friendly and knows how to get the job done. He cleared our rainwater box from blockage and gave us good advice on preventing the birds from rebuilding their nests in it. Will definitely use his service again and recommend him to anyone! Thank you, Nick! Hope you enjoyed the coffee. :)
