Leaking gutter and hotwater overflow pipe

We have a leaking gutter, due to the metal gutter rusting through and would like this repaired or replaced. I'm expect this would require replacing a portion of the gutter. There is a join in the gutter already so the affected piece is about 4 meters long. At the same time i'd like the gutter slope to be fixed as it must be a bit bowed so that water has flowed to the corner instead of to the downpipe. This is lower story of our house and is easily reachable on a ladder. The photos show the temporary repairs We also have a leak around the hotwater overflow pipe that occurs during storms and would like this fixed. Possibly some flashing around the pipe has come loose. This is on the roof of our second story. I can see the gap from the ceiling space inside the house, but don't expect this is very useful when it comes to stopping the leak
