Re-Roof of flat roof garage

Master Builders or Master Roofers preferred please. We have a flat roof garage (6.4mx6.25m) and smaller roof (2.9mx2.4m) that require re-roofing. We have chosen to replace the roofs with colour steel. The roof is currently butynol lining which is 19yrs old and no longer weathertight. I am looking for a quote for the building portion of it ie the framing to go on top of the current roof and/or just the roofing. I would like a breakdown of both if you can do both. Thanks
