100sqm 1970s house needs re-roofing (current iron roof has rusted around nails etc And one flat section of the roof has rusted out and leaking) Roof is a high pitch, house is raised and on a slope meaning some sections of the roof are quite high (two-story height). Looking to replace with a long run colour steel/similar.
