We are looking to buy a new house and want to replace the roof of the main house. It's a 2 storey house with the roof sitting on the second floor. This roof is made of longrun steel and is about 55 m2. It's the light grey part of the roof as seen in the photo. Could you please provide us a ballpark number of the cost to replace this roof, including labour, removal of the old roof and scaffolding?
