Clean gutter and maintain roof

Hi, We would like to get our gutter clean and check the roof condition if it needs to be clean/maintain. We would like to know whether you have insurance to cover any damage to the property when work is being carried out. Please advise how do you access the roof and health and safety of the staff will be taken care of. Our roof is estimated about 100sqm. One side of the house is single story. The other 3 sides are on slope and is 2 story height. Thanks
