Please help! :( Roof leak needs repair

We have already had someone come to repair this before but we think he might have just put some glue and that's it as it's leaking again but much worse this time!! Water is coming through the roof due to the rain today and down into the house but this morning the water is dripping through much quicker than it has ever before and filled the bowl within a couple hours (Usually by the end of the day the bowl was half full if that before it was first fixed). We would just love to have someone who isn't going to muck us around and do the job correctly this time. Water dripping down into the second level of the house (see attached photo)
