Tin roof replacement in Beach Haven

Looking to get roof replaced. Plan is to go with coloursteel unless you suggest something more suitable. No leaks currently or immediate concern, but is in rough condition and due for replacement. Have had minor problems with dampness in one corner of the house. Birdseye view of house, and view from road attached. Property is a rental with tenants moving out on the 25th of Jan. Have a 3 week window to get the work done before new tenants. The roof is also full of insulfluff so I'd also like to assess whether I can put in some decent quality ceiling insulation at the same time.

Very impressed with the work done on our replacement roof. Communication was excellent, very professional, work was done to a very high standard, and well within timeframes. I was managing this remotely, and couldn't be onsite, but Derek kept me in the loop and was up front with any issues. Couldn't be happier. Definitely recommend Derek to anyone wanting this kind of work done.
