Fix crack in plastic gutter

There is a crack at a join in a section of plastic gutter . It can probably be fixed with some silicon as it only drips, so must be a small crack. The tricky thing is that the gutter is 2 stories up so you need a 6-7m ladder with a ladder guard to avoid putting any weight on the gutter.
