Adjusting fall of gutter and seal

Hi I need a small adjustment completed to my gutter. The fall of the the gutter is incorrect and runs towards the non down-pipe end. May also need some sealant added. Will require a double height ladder as it is at the front of a villa with a steep roof pitch
