Roof repair (and repoint if needed?)

Hi there, I'm in a one-storey house with a concrete tile roof that needs (1) a repair on the corner that has been damaged and (2) repointing (if needed) on two sides of the house, as well as the top ridges of the roof. I've attached photos of the corner that needs repair. Looking for someone to do the work in the next 2 weeks. I'm home on weekdays so I am flexible on timing to arrange a site visit. Thanks
