The length of the gutter is about 12 metres. The falling fails as it is not straight, making water overflow midway before reaching the far right downpipe, and leaving still water during dry weather. From first floor, there are three downpipes which I believe pouring water against the flow to make it worse. Photos are provided for you to understand the issue. Most of the materials are still in working condition from my point of view, so an adjustment plus some replacement should do the job. But if an entire replacement is required or if it can offset labour to save total expense, we'll also consider. At this stage just after a quote and we wish we will get it sorted no later than Feb 2014, sooner will be better.
