I have a 1950s house with a mainly concrete tile / part long run roof; I noticed recently that the eaves in one small section have suddenly started sagging. I was planning to redo the bedroom, and so have ripped the gib off the interior around the sagging section - so you can see what has happened inside more easily hopefully. I don't want to have the GIB off for too long, so am keen to get someone around early this week to let me know what needs to be done.
