From a recent builders report - the roof had obvious signs of surface rust on the sheets and/or around the nail fixings of the roof. The surface rust is not effecting the weather tightness of the roof and we would not expect any rapid deterioration in the near future. Looking for a quote to see the surface rust is treated with a rust inhibitor and that the nail fixings are replaced with Tek screws and possibly the roof painted. Able to visit the property for quotes from the 23 Jan. Work to commence as soon as quotes accepted.
