Repair & Paint Concrete Tile Roof

Repair pointing on tile roof (Point Roof/ridges with flexible pointing) Repair tiles as required (have a large number of spare tiles and ri) Repair one or two valleys Paint/re-seal roof and gutters with matching colour - it is a dark colour so am interested in Resene Cool Colour as an option Roof is approx. 25 years old - Monier concrete tiles in good condition, has been previously painted - the reason the need for a repaint - the original spare tiles are in perfect condition, even thought they sit outside
