Replace flashing and tile over skylights on concrete tile roof

We have a few occasional leaks in our concrete tile roof with a combination of rain and wind. I believe the solution to one area will involve extending the flashing further down tiles. In addition, we have two skylights that occasionally leak, and we would prefer to close in.
