corrugated iron roof has a slow leak. The building is a 1 bedroom cottage. The iron looks in ok condition so the leak is possibly from lifted iron / loose nail / damaged flashing. I would like the leak to be fixed, and the roof to be checked for other damage or potential leaks and those repaired. Several nails appear to have lifted on the roof. Nails should probably all be replaced with new screws.
