Gutter clean/ check/repair

We have a 2 storey house with internal guttering system. We require: 1. Our gutters to be cleaned (mainly one side), inspected and repaired where/if needed. 2. We have a down pipe which has fallen and needs to be replaced. 3. We have an area where the roof channel is pushing down on the guttering and preventing good flow, this needs to be fixed (if possible). 4. A few vents put into the eaves to allow for the water to escape and the area to dry when the gutters overflow (internal gutter system). These are on the high side of the house, about 6-8m up.
