Water stains in the corner of a bedroom - exterior walls - iron roof and down pipe in the corner of the building. Either blocked down pipe or something happened to the roof in that corner? URGENT! Needs to establish cause and then fix it - hopefully today - Monday --- .

I regret to say that the workmanship did not do the job. The advice from Ryan was not professional as we still had a leak a couple of days later and after being told that the sealing of the roof should last 2 months and then Ryan would give me a quote to re nail and rust treat roof. When I rang him back after further leaks no further communication has been received from Ryan apart from a reminder to pay his original invoice which is paid. Disappointing!
