Install 3 x downpipe Spreaders

I need to get 3 downpipe spreaders installed on 2 a story house. Would involve extending it a little away from the edge of the house and then connecting to a downpipe spreader. Should be easy enough to get to. First picture is how it is current, 2nd is the neighbors, so extended out, but would then also want a spreader to disperse the water. No great rush to get it done
