Hi, We are 5 adjoining 2 bedroom units, which are three stories high - garages underneath. We initially received an awesome quote from a company, who sadly were not able to follow through. This is due to their staff member leaving and the business also deciding to no longer provide maintenance work as part of their services. Since then I've heard all sorts of excuses for not helping us, from providing excessively high quotes, to saying that they as a roofer - don't do this height? Go figure. Anyway, we desperately need some help please for the below, if you're that awesome company that can do our work, we'd sing your praises from the rooftops! Your time and consideration much appreciated. Services required: * Building wash - we are thinking about getting a separate quote for this. * Commercial grade mold/moss/lichen formula to all roofs * Check and repair gutters/down pipes * Replace any loose/unsecured nails with rubber sealed galvanized roofing screws * Seal all overlaps and joins exposed to possible water ingress * Top seal any fixings i.e rivets, which could allow rainwater through. * Include: itemized quote for each unit & photographs for each roof/location. Each unit will be able to provide water access for their own roofs also.

SHAME! We had chase every single step, by either phone or email. Work was rushed, 2 staff spent very little time onsite, maybe an hr, to clean all 5 unit roofs, gutters & building clean. Missed the deck outside walls. Damage was done to outside downpipe wall attachment. They did NOT return after 6 weeks, as promised. The photos provided appear to have been prior to work done on the roofs, as the lichen was not yet removed. At the time of this feedback, water has come through a guttering.

"its winter it rains this whole story you have produced is so incorrect its laughable we gave you a full written quote regarding your issue and you were told it would leak especially through the winter we have had we did not do any damage you know what you see is from another company so do not drag our company into this we moss treated the units it takes 3/6 months to work as you were told we went back 6 times no charge for no reason all the other tenants are very happy"
