Tile roof inspection and maintenance

I have a mid-80s house with a tile roof, which has been maintained with regard to cleaning & moss buildup. However a recent building report has identified the following issues: - Have a roofer assess if roof wrap is installed in the lower roof and advise if the spreaders can stay - Have a roofer increase the angle or grout to prevent pooling - Replace chipped tiles - Have a roofer remediate the gutter/dropper separation Looking for a quote to inspect and remediate.
