Fairly new tin roof, flat profile - needs a bit of a check out and few repairs.

Flat profile, tin as well as gutter. Corners attached to house are splitting and comming away from the house. Gutter at seams are also leaking. Also keen on discussing gap between house and veranda cover, rain seeping through. Seeking tradie who doesn't mind discussing options and can estimate costs.
