Concrete tile roof check and repair

I have a 2 storey house with a concrete tile roof. It is about 25 years old and last had some work carried out about 10 years ago. I am not aware of any leaks but I would just like it looked at before they do eventuate. Some of the issues I am aware of is some of the tiles have the corners cracked off (doesn't seem to be a problem but could be replaced if thought necessary), some of the ridging mortar is original is cracking/falling off and some of the tiles appear to be loose. I am basically looking for someone to give it a good going over so hopefully I get another 10 years trouble free out of it. I understand that it may be difficult to quote for this work so happy to dicuss an estimate if that works better.
