Selling the house and buyers will want the following fixed before settlement by a TRADE REGISTERED PROFESSIONAL: - Replace/repair corrosion affected carport roofing components - Replace the incompatible lead flashing detail with suitable alternative (contact issues such as galvanic corrosion are the concern) Please see pictures attached.
