Fascia and Gutters Replacement 2

Need to replace old, partially rotten fascia, install new gutters and connect it to existing down-pipes. Total length for fascia and gutters is 32 linear meters. House is brick and tile, with relatively large eaves. 2/3 of the house has easy access and is low to the ground but 1/3 is relatively high, ~5m from the ground.
