Concrete Tile Roof Repairs

We need someone to come and fix a few items on our roof as per the building inspection report which was completed recently. I can send this through for viewing. The house is single storey with a concrete tile roof. The main list if items is: - fix/replace chimney flashing - fix/replace pipe penetration flashings - remove any pipes no longer needed (old HWC overflow pipe etc) - fix any displaced tiles on the roof and repair - check ridge and hip cappings to see if any need remortaring/repointing - chec ridge, gable and valley flashings and repair where necessary
