Our decramastic tiles are quite worn and we were recommended to get it re-roofed. It also appears that theres a leak somewhere as ourhrv installer mentioned our roof insulation was quite damp. I have received 5 quotes so far ranging from 15k-30k. Which is a fortune :( is there any other roofers out there that do good roof replacements (corrugated iron) at approx in the 10-12k budget(incl scaffolding, gst) Roof space is aprox 110-120sqm i believe. Location is sunnynook. Also keen to hear from roofers that could repair and restore if that is possible!
