Work required 1. Only half the double garage needs to be done (red lines) 2. remove and re use existing flashings as in a good state 3. Remove half deteriorated long-run steel roofing and replace with new. 4. new builders paper under roofing, steel mesh looks ok 5. Adjust fall if possible 6. New guttering along length (blue) 7. New downpipe (greed) exiting drain can be reused 7. Refix existing flashing 8. Dispose of old roofing
