See attached photo. The red circled duct needs to be removed. It is approx. 3-4m long. The LHS where it goes down into the roof needs to be cutoff so replacement roofing iron can be placed over the top and therefore made water tight. The yellow circled AC has already been removed but the roofing iron at the portion may need to be replaced. Roofing iron sheets need to be replaced under the red circled unit/duct. You will need a cherry picker to get onto the roof to remove the duct and lift up the iron sheets. I expect you will need to measure and identify the iron profile. You will need a 8-9m ladder approx. to get onto the roof.
