Overflowing Gutters

I appear to have water damage from overflowing gutters - I've had it recommended to me to get another opinion from a gutter specialist - is this something you can help me with? I have an internal gutter with only one downpipe. The water appears to be overflowing into the soffit and then leaking in through the walls and window frames.
