The work was not well organised, and not well carried out. The first worker came on the job, did a small amount of gutter cleaning and then disappeared. The next lot of several workers, did the job, but untidily.

"This was due to staffing issues. First employee promised the world and then disappeared. Second employee assured me the job was completed correctly and then found out it wasn't. Both no longer work for me. I did give the customer almost $100 off to compensate."
