Roof Leaks

Theres about 4-5 small water leaks in the roof due to the rainy season (a 1L tin we're using to catch it fills up approximately after 45min). Theres cracks along the outer edges of the house where the water is coming in from. One is located in the centre where theres a crack of about 5cm. The house is relatively old (1970 approx) and the roof is not frequently maintained. We have had leaks in the past where we had it fixed and it lasted 6 years.
