We have about 3 leaks in the roof above our upstairs bathroom. The bathroom is on the second level. The roof has a high pitch. The ceiling inside the house is exposed timber rafters. There is no internal ceiling. The leaks are located around the back of the house, so access is a little limited. The roof is long-run steel.
