Clear perspex? roofing over Spa Room

Roofing replace over spa room - clear perspex? (could have wrong word) product. Storm this week ripped (very old) pieces off. Need rest removed (and dumped), replaced with new clear product. just about 3m x 3m area. Also fix downpipe which has removed itself from spouting over same area. NB: Screw in but not waterproof - will need to be removed again within next 6 months for scaffolding access.
