Re-roofing of apartment building in Birkdale

I represent a body corp that is looking to re-roof a 180 sqm roof of a 1970s concrete block apartment building. It is two stories high so would require some scaffolding. The building has internal box guttering that would need a new membrane put in but if your company cannot do this, we have worked with another company that can provide that part of the service. Looking to get done relatively urgently. Photo is from trademe listing, not indicative of the work to be done.

We are a small apartment building that had Phil and team come out to look at our buildings roof as we thought it would need a new roof. Phil showed us that the body corp could save money but still ensure the roofs integrity with a sealant. We were very happy with his work, it has only been 2 months but no leaks yet! Thanks again
