My iron roof needs replacing. House is 240 m2 has different slopes and some sky lights.

Started the job and then went off to do other work before coming back quite a few days later. Not very polite when I asked about it. Quite rude when I pointed out some issues with minor damage done to the aerial and roof windows.

"Thank you for your rating, regarding the job which was started on the day, the next day yes we had another job as the next part of thos job was quite involved and needed internal welded gutters done, which we did the day after one other job scheduled them the big weather bomb hit us all and we fell behind in the work umfortunatley. Regarding the aerial and window we are a very honest company and we were unaware that we had done any damage at all if we had off we would have told client straight."
