Water has been leaking through the ceiling of the house entrance. after removing some of the concrete tiles on the roof and locating the leak, it appears to be under the barge/junction of 2 roofs so suspect that the old metallic barge is not containing the water especially as it is worse when heavy rain. Need a roofer to come and investigate the leak and fix/replace the parts to contain the rain water out.

Jan is experienced in roof leaks and how to fix it. if you are a person that needs to know the details of the repair and what will be done before hand, then this may be he best as Jan does not want to share such information as he has lost customers in the past who ended up doing it themselves. however in this case, the work consisted in replacing 2-3 tiles and for the price quoted, I would say that this was on the expensive side of things. he is however quick at responding and completing the wor
