Issue: Bathroom extractor fan runs well, but currently vents into the ceiling-roof space. Job: I’d like to get it venting outside to stop mould/mildew - there is a pipe in the ceiling, but will need to run this up and through either: a) the roof, installing capping fitted nice and water tight; or b) through the eaves/soffit (these are quite wide), with some kind of piping that won’t get a load of condensation. This is preferred option. Timing: Sooner rather than later would be good - but prefer a quality job (and no leaks later). Budget: Up to $400. Challenges: You’ll need to get into the roofspace via manhole, it’s pretty dark in there. You’ll also need a tall-ish ladder to reach the roof from outside.

Excellent service. Tony and Mike were prompt, professional and communicative. Despite the small scale of the job, they completed it to a high standard, and even checked the gutters as well. Recommended.
