New roof

We have a small annex connected to our house and it needs a new roof. We would also like to install a skylight when we do this job. We are interested in a copper roof but depending on costs will probably have to go with wide corrugate that we have on the rest of the house. I am unsure of how many square metres but the roof covers a small lounge room. I have attached a photo. Thanks
