I have a double garage which is shared with my neighbour (Logan) on a cross-lease. It has corrugated iron roof which is rusty. Logan's replaced his half, I'd like to replace mine. The tin roof is riveted/nailed (I can't tell which) to some timber joists @ 100mm centres. The roof area is approx 5.1m long by 2.9m width which includes 800mm lap with Logan's roof.
