Gutters - clean, repair & investigation

Our gutters need to be cleaned and some areas repaired. We also have an issue with our gutters overflowing and back flowing into our eaves. In some areas this may be due to the gutters needing a clean but in other areas they are clear. It may be a downpipe issue with either the downpipes being blocked or issues with it going into a rainwater storage tank. We would like someone to review our guttering and downpipe system and ensure that it's working properly. Also, we would like some vents placed in the eaves to enable any overflows to drain away and enable air circulation in order to dry out. Last picture is an example of the vents we have already placed in the eaves where we could reach.

Absolutely fantastic job. Our gutters were so poorly installed that they overflowed with even a light rain and with heavy rain we had water coming into the house. Since they have been fixed we have had some extremely heavy rains and haven't even had the gutters overflow! Extremely happy with the work.
