Lived in our house 8 1/2 years with no leaks. We cleared the gutterings about 6 weeks ago and now we have a leak on the inside, back left corner of the house! The house is two storeys, 1973 brick base, wood panel upper level. Noticed leak over the weekend through bottom level door joiner. Have pulled off ceiling this morning to reveal the upper level floor also has some water damage. Please see photos. Need sorted asap.
