Roof general maintenance

I had a small leak during the heavy rain last week. I saw one nail loose near the leaked spot, but also few things related to the neighbour gutter and roof joint. I need someone who can do a general inspection on both roofs and fix issues. You will need to replace some nails, tiny metal sheet below the roof joint, come up with some idea for adjusting the gutter angle, cleaning the mouldy spots.
