Replace or fix exterior soffit board

I have three soffit board split outside of the house, two of them(image_1 and image_2) are more seriously, it need replace/fix immediately. And the rest one(image_3) might not need worry about it now if it is so expensive to solve, because its problem is less than other two, also the board is wider than other two, so I think it will be more expensive. Please give me different quote for fixing two boards only or three boards together. Also I want to install a new spouting on the right of the corner of image 4. Photos attached.
