New waterproof linings under dormer window roofs

We have a concrete tiled roof. We have three window dormers where the pitch of the roof is quite flat, and we'd like to get these lined with an EDPM sealing, or such like, under the tiles. We'd also like to get the lead flashings around the dormers replaced if it's possible.
