Reroofing plastic roof

Actually it is a plastic roof that requires replacement with a polycarbonate roof over; carport [approx 4 x 3 m], vernadah roof [approx 5 x 1.5m] and small entrance canopy [approx 2 x 1 m]. The carport roof will need to have a removeable trap door formed to provide access for wall decorating the house wall above the carport roof. When existing roof has been removed, exposed rafters etc require painting with "Goldex' or similar prior to fitting new polycarbonate. I will supply that. New plastic gutter was fitted six months ago. Six joints need sealant.
