Install spouting under deck

Install 20m of spouting around deck and hook it up to a downpipe connection that has been preinstalled by my drainlayer. Install 5.4m sealed pipe from existing entrance foyer spouting to connect it to new deck spouting. 3 x external corners. 5 x bends. 1 x Stop end. 2x leaf catch. Must be up to building code if we wish to apply for council consent in future and most importantly, must be weather tight. Install over existing deck flashing that wraps deck to prevent water ingress during storms. Property is very exposed to easterly winds. Will probably need to install spouting under existing flashing or might need to replace flashing with custom. See photos Plan drawing shows yellow line as new gutter. Green line as new spouting pipe connecting entrance porch gutter to deck gutter. "Upstand" is the new downpipe connection the drainlayer installed where the guttering will connect to.
